Sketch and Notes
Typical Dimensions of Shoe Rack

In 1976-1977 Marcel Breuer and Associates designed a showroom for Andrew Geller Shoes. Construction drawings do not exist in the Marcel Breuer Papers at Syracuse University but correspondence and some shop drawings for the project indicate that the firm designed a wooden ceiling and shoe display cases in addition to built-in banquettes for the showroom. Breuer retired on March 1st, 1976 so it is likely that he had little to do with this design.
