Korn, Arthur (1891 - 1978)

Architect, urban planner and teacher. He graduated from the Königliche Kunst- und Kunstgewerbeschule in Berlin in 1911 and worked in the office of Erich Mendelsohn after World War I. In 1938, Korn moved to London to work with F. R. S. Yorke and E. Maxwell Fry. He served as chairman of the MARS town Planning Committee, overseeing the Plan of London. He taught architecture at Oxford and the Architectural Association School.
