Breuer and Yorke designed a boutique for Motley, theater costume and fashion designers closely associated with the London Theatre Studio. The space on Garrick Street had a showroom and office on the first floor and fitting rooms and wardrobes on the second. The landing of the staircase connecting the two floors doubled as a display stage and was fitted with a removable handrail.
