Little is known about these designs for a Standard House produced by Breuer in May of 1949. A presentation drawing reveals a rectangular upper story clad in vertical wooden siding supported by a smaller cinder block lower story and pilotis. Bedrooms were found at one end of the upper story and the living room at the other. The kitchen found in the center of the house projected out from the main body of the house. Visitors entered through the lower story, which contained a spare room and the laundry room.
